Important: Users who do not travel are not charged any tokens. The party that travels—whether the client or the service provider—is charged one token for the trip. In addition, a user who initiates an appointment is charged one token, but only if the appointment is confirmed.

Standard Requests

Basic service connection:

Free to send
Provider responds within 10 minutes
No token charge unless travel is required
Can be converted to appointment later

ASAP Requests

Immediate service requests for urgent needs:

Costs 1 token (deducted if accepted)
System finds available, online SPs nearby
Providers have 5 minutes to accept
Service must start within 2 hours

Appointment-Based

Scheduled service engagements:

1 token charge when appointment is confirmed
Clients specify future dates/times
SPs confirm availability
Minimizes cancellations

Note: Any User may set up an appointment after the Service Provider has accepted a Standard request, but there is a 1 token charge for converting to an appointment.
