1. License Grant

Requesta Mobile Services (Pty) Ltd ("Requesta", "we", "our", or "us") grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Requesta mobile application ("the App") solely for its intended purpose of connecting service providers with clients.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App.
• Copy, modify, or distribute the App or any portion thereof.
• Use the App for any unauthorized commercial purpose.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notices or labels on the App.
• Use the App in any manner that violates applicable laws or regulations.

3. Data Collection

Your use of the App indicates your consent to our collection, use, and processing of personal data in accordance with:

• The Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) in South Africa
• General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for EU users
• Other applicable data protection laws

4. Updates and Changes

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or update the App's features and functionality at any time.
• Change these terms periodically.
• Discontinue support for older versions of the App.

Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

5. Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Requesta shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or use.
• Issues arising from third-party services integrated with the App.
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data.
• Statements or conduct of any third party on the service.

6. Termination

This license is effective until terminated by you or Requesta. We may terminate this agreement immediately without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination:

• You must cease all use of the App.
• Any provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

7. Governing Laws

This EULA is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.
